The Ford plant in India is to finish manufacturing the Ecosport in mid 2022, due to big losses over the years. It supplied cars to India, UK, Europe, and also the USA that got offered the optional 2.0 petrol engine Ecosport.
The Indian factory used to supply the pre-facelift Ecosport up to mid 2017 to the UK, I had one from India, a 2016 model. The UK Ecosport is now made in the Romanian European plant and will still supply cars to the UK for the present. I now have a 2019 Ecosport from Romania

Sad for some, the Ford EcoSport will go away in mid-2022.
