Hi All,
Wife has purchased a 2015 titanium. With passive keys.
Doors lock with one flash of indicators, if I lock again still just one flash?
Was expecting 2 flashes to say all locked and alarmed.
Am I missing something please.
Also thought electric windows would wind up automatically if held lock button down.
Tia.
Cheers
Phil

From the manual:

Locking the Doors
Press the button to lock all the doors. The turn signals will flash once. Press the button again within three seconds to confirm that all the doors are closed. The doors will lock again and the turn signals will flash once if all the doors and the luggage compartment are closed.Note: If any door or the luggage compartment is not closed, or if the hood is not closed on vehicles equipped with an anti-theft alarm, the lamps will not flash.

Also, mine never flash twice, one press is enough.

The windows don't wind up automatically on the ES when locked.

You would expect that on any other Ford, but not the Ecosport, same issue with trim levels being different.

On our Focus and Fiesta you pressed the lock button twice to activate deadlocks and alarm. The auto window close I assume is another cost cutting measure.
